The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Arizona Cardinals in Week 13 of NFL action on Sunday. The Steelers are 7-4 despite a struggling offense and they’re expected to easily handle a Cardinals team that is just 2-10.
NFL odds opened with the Steelers as 6-point home favorites before slimming to -5.5. Here are my best free NFL picks and predictions for Cardinals vs. Steelers on Sunday, December 3.

Cardinals vs Steelers predictions
The Pittsburgh Steelers scored just 16 points in last week’s win against the Bengals, but that was due to their struggles in the red zone. They racked up 421 yards, which was a good sign with Eddie Faulkner as their new offensive coordinator and Mike Sullivan calli…
Week 13 of the NFL season falls on American Thanksgiving and as such we have three Thursday games to fill our NFL appetite.
To kick things off we have the Chicago Bears vs. Detroit Lions, followed by the New York Giants vs. Dallas Cowboys and then finally the Miami Dolphins vs. Green Bay Packers.

We knew market correction was on its way after NFL underdogs started the 2024 schedule on a 57% winning ATS clip.
We just didn’t know it would be this severe.
Much like Christopher Nolan taking the “Batman” film franchise into gritty reality-based settings after the over-the-top campiness of director Joel Schumacher, the NFL betting results have seen a seismic shift in tone the past two weeks.
NFL underdogs went a collective 7-20-1 ATS in Weeks 5 and 6, according to the closing lines, delivering a 26% crotch shot to those taking the points.
And when you write a weekly column in which you’re bound to only betting underdogs, you’re at the mercy of that swing in spread results.

I wanted to resist the urge to give into the Timbers Army’s desire to claim Portland as “Soccer City USA.” It’s quite a label to bestow on yourself, and having grown up in direct opposition to Detroit’s “Hockeytown” self-flagellation, my alarms don’t need much prodding to go off. And yet, it’s hard to refute. Watch even just a regular season game from Providence Park and have the atmosphere spill out of your screen or walk around Portland, and you can feel how much soccer matters. And given that they’re only one of two professional teams in town, there is very little to distract from the Timbers and Thorns (and probably even less if Damian Lillard were to be traded). So there really was no more perfect setting than central Portland for MLS’ showcase, MLS Cup. The …
Antonio Rüdiger has denied biting Paul Pogba during France’s 1-0 Euro 2020 win over Germany and will not face any punishment from Uefa over the incident. The Germany defender appeared to make contact with his mouth on Pogba’s back in Tuesday’s Group F opener.
Pogba initially reacted in shock but later insisted Rüdiger should face no punishment. Rüdiger is understood to harbour regrets over the incident. Uefa has chosen not to open a disciplinary case after reviewing the matter.

Antonio Conte has turned up the heat on Arsenal, describing them as Premier League title favourites and warning them they face burgeoning levels of pressure. The Tottenham manager, who is preparing for Sunday’s derby against them, wants to see whether they can handle it.
Conte was also asked about the Football Association charges that Arsenal have drawn for failing to control their players in their past two games – Newcastle in the league and Oxford in the FA Cup. Amid a call for respect, he said that he hated people who tried to intimidate referees.

Wolves sold their captain as well as their best player this summer but rather than getting the excuses in early there is a determination to kick on, after their hopes of a European berth faded badly last season, winning one of their final 11 matches after injuries and fatigue exposed a thin squad. After Pedro Neto’s £54m move to Chelsea was confirmed, Wolves’s sporting director, Matt Hobbs, suggested it was the “right deal at the right time” and the same could be argued for Max Kilman, f…
What happened to Kentucky quarterback Will Levis wasn’t funny. It felt cruel watching someone experience their most humiliating moment on the night in which their dreams were supposed to come true. But for African-Americans — or at least for myself — it was impossible to ignore the irony. For decades, this league ( NFL) and this game have dehumanized, disrespected, and even blackballed Black quarterbacks. And on the day in which four — don’t forget about Lamar Jackson, either — of them made history, it was the white one who was stuck on the other side of the coin — for once. The First Round of the NFL Draft wasn’t some type of vengeful redemption. It was the next step of a flawed system rectifying itself. A historic night for Black NFL QBs Thursday, April 27, 2023, will…
Dayton won the first game of the day moments ago, upsetting Ohio State 60-59. The Flyers celebrated the win the only way a thing can truly be celebrated: with pizza and dancing. Win a motion in court? Pizza and dancing. Perform life-saving surgery? Pizza and dancing. Get an A on a test? Pizza and dancing. It's the only way. Even in defeat, the promise of future pizza and dancing will help you get up when you've been knocked down. [CBS] …
On June 30, Brazil dismantled Spain before a rapturous home crowd in the final of the Confederations Cup, the test run for next year's World Cup. The hosts' surprise win—and what it augurs for 2014—temporarily displaced massive protests as the story of the tournament. June saw hundreds of thousands of Brazilians take to the streets to decry corruption, poor public services, and the vast sums being lavished on next year's tournament. All of this brought out clashing variations on an old theme: soccer and politics. FIFA, the tournament's organizer, stuck to its deluded line that the two do not mix. Sepp Blatter, its president, said on Brazilian television that demonstrators "should not use soccer to make their demands heard." A FIFA spokesman reminded …
